For one to carry out gorilla tracking, you are emphasized to be physically fit because the activity is somehow tiresome especially tracking the gorillas in thick forests and you are required to maintain maximum silence and stay calm while tracking the gorillas.
During gorilla tracking, you are not allowed to use flash light cameras for taking photos, you are not allowed to stay with the gorillas for so long and the recommended time is 1 hour, you are not advised to be close to the primates as a way of preventing the easy spread of diseases from humans to the primates and you are subjected to be 5 to 7 meters from the primates and you are not encouraged to litter in the Parks.
During your gorilla tracking, you will be allowed to break and get lunch during lunch time whereby you will have to go back to your lodge and after having your lunch, you will then resume back to the activity.
